U波倒置,特别是不伴其它心电图改变的孤立性U波倒置(孤U倒)常见于器质性心血管疾病。近年来日益引起临床心血管医生与心电图工作者的重视,为了了解其病因与临床意义我们仅将近三年来所见到的U波倒置进行分析报告,并结合文献略加讨论。
U wave inversion, in particular, is not associated with other ECG changes isolated U wave inversion (lone U inverted) common in organic cardiovascular disease. In recent years, more and more cardiovascular cardiologists and electrocardiogram workers pay more attention. In order to understand its etiology and clinical significance, we only report the U-wave inversion seen in the past three years and discuss it briefly with the literature.
