在无牙颌病人中,有关口腔非功能活动很少为人知道。本研究的目的是用肌电图探讨夜间肌肉活动,并比较无牙颌病人夜间戴义齿和不戴义齿的肌肉活动情况。文中选择4例进行常规义齿修复一年以上的无牙颌病人。试验前询问病史、症状和进行口颌系统的检查。采用Rugh等人介绍的肌电图仪,分别测量了夜间戴义齿的两例和不戴义齿的两例嚼肌肌电图,肌电图活动的最低阈度为20微伏,夜间嚼肌肌电图活动超过20微伏者,则为肌肉活动亢进。测量结果表明,睡觉时戴义齿,嚼肌肌电图值减少,而不戴义齿则肌电图值增高。
In edentulous patients, little is known about non-functional oral activities. The purpose of this study was to explore nighttime muscle activity using electromyography and to compare nighttime dentition-free and dentist-free muscle activity in edentulous patients.
