现行刑事诉讼法学融合了国内传统法律文化元素,是多种类型的刑事诉讼体制相结合的结果。新媒体的到来,对各个行业都有重要影响,不仅改变了人们的生活方式和社会观念,甚至波及到了经济体制、政治体制等。因此,在新媒体背景下,刑事诉讼法学也要紧跟时代潮流,和国际接轨,以更好的服务于社会。
The current criminal procedure jurisprudence incorporates the traditional elements of legal culture in China and is the result of a combination of various types of criminal procedural systems. The arrival of new media has an important influence on various industries, not only changing people’s lifestyle and social concepts, but also spreading to the economic system and political system. Therefore, in the context of new media, criminal procedure law should keep up with the trend of the times and with the international community in order to better serve the community.
