In the era of knowledge economy, the survival and development of enterprises are closely related to the learning-oriented team. The quantity and quality of output of knowledge workers depends largely on the incentives that companies have for them. Therefore, how to inspire and develop learning-oriented employees is a problem that must be taken seriously. This article analyzes the characteristics of the learning staff and the status quo and development of the enterprise knowledge worker motivation, hoping to bring us some inspiration.
