目的:观察耳穴压豆治疗下行常规支气管镜检查对患者的影响。方法:研究组在支气管镜检查时同时行气管、肺、心、神门、交感、皮质下等六大耳穴压豆治疗,对照组只进行常规支气管镜检查,均观察患者脉氧、血压、心率等生理指标及舒适性等主观感觉的异同。结果:研究组的胸闷感、声门活动度等观察指标优于对照组,P<0.05;血压、心率、脉氧等生理指标两组无显著差异性。结论:中医耳穴压豆下行支气管镜检查较常规支气管镜检查对病人胸闷感等主观感觉具有一定优势,可改善病人检查的安全性和舒适性。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of auricular acupuncture on beans in patients undergoing conventional bronchoscopy. Results: Chest tightness and glottis activity in the study group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). No significant differences were found in the indexes of blood pressure, heart rate and pulse oxygen between the two groups. CONCLUSION: The lower ear bronchoscopy of ear acupuncture points in traditional Chinese medicine has some advantages over the subjective feeling of chest tightness in patients with conventional bronchoscopy, which can improve the safety and comfort of patient examination.
