本文就新时期高职院校就业指导工作方法展开讨论,认为新时期高职院校的工作现状有两个特征:第一是就业环境变化给就业指导提出新的挑战,第二是高职教育的特质决定了高职院校就业指导工作的特殊性。本文认为新时期高职院校就业指导工作应该遵循以下三个工作方法:第一是要与学生多交流,第二是要重视调整工作方法,第三是要强调学生的意义和价值。本文意在通过有益的探索和讨论,为推动新时期高职院校就业指导工作整体水平的提升作出应有的贡献。
This article discusses employment guidance in higher vocational colleges in the new era. It holds that there are two characteristics of the current situation of higher vocational colleges in the new era. The first is that employment environment changes bring new challenges to employment guidance. The second is higher vocational education The trait determines the specialty of employment guidance in higher vocational colleges. This paper argues that vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges in the new period should follow the following three methods of work: the first is to communicate more with students; the second is to emphasize the adjustment of working methods; the third is to emphasize the meaning and value of students. This article is intended to make due contributions to the overall improvement of the employment guidance in higher vocational colleges in the new era by means of useful exploration and discussion.
