专门档案是档案的三大门类之一,它维系着专业领域工作的正常进行。但20多年来档案界在实践上虽然认可,却始终没有在理论上给其定位。本文简述了专门档案的产生,从管理学、逻辑学的角度探讨了将档案划分为文书档案、科技档案和专门档案的理论依据,从而对档案门类的划分进行理论上的解释,达到认识专门档案在档案中的地位的目的。
Specialized file is one of the three major categories of files, it maintains the normal work of professional fields. However, in more than 20 years, the archives sector has accepted it in practice, but has never theoretically given it its position. This article briefly describes the emergence of specialized archives. From the perspective of management science and logic, this paper discusses the theoretical basis for dividing archives into clerical, scientific and technological archives and specialized archives, so as to theoretically explain the division of archival categories, The purpose of the file in the profile of the file.
