目的 研究一氧化氮 (NO)对大鼠胃扩张引起胃酸分泌的影响。方法 采用自动酸滴定法测定胃酸排出量 ,观察不同程度胃扩张对胃酸分泌的影响 ,探讨NO在胃内不同程度扩张引起胃酸分泌中的作用。结果 胃内灌注压力提高引起胃酸排出量增加 ,分别比基础值增加 337%和 912 % ,具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;预先静脉注射NO合酶抑制剂L -NG -硝基精氨酸甲酯 (L -NAME)可使胃扩张引起胃酸分泌作用明显减弱 ;预先静脉注射NO合成前体L -精氨酸 (L -Arg)可以完全翻转NO合酶抑制剂L -NAME对胃扩张引起的胃酸分泌的抑制作用。结论 胃内不同程度扩张刺激引起胃酸排出量增加 ,NO参与胃扩张引起的胃酸分泌增强作用
Objective To study the effect of nitric oxide (NO) on gastric acid secretion induced by gastric distension in rats. Methods The gastric acid excretion was measured by automatic acid titration. The effects of different degrees of gastric dilation on gastric acid secretion were observed, and the role of NO in gastric acid secretion caused by different degrees of expansion was discussed. Results The increase of intragastric perfusion pressure resulted in an increase of gastric acid output, which was significantly increased by 337% and 912% respectively compared with the baseline (P <0.05, P <0.01). Preinjection of NO synthase L-NAME and L-NAME could significantly reduce the gastric acid secretion caused by gastric distension. Pre-intravenous injection of L-arginine (L-Arg) Inhibition of gastric acid secretion by gastric dilatation by enzyme inhibitor L-NAME. Conclusion Different degrees of dilatation and stimulation in the stomach lead to increased gastric acid secretion, NO involved in gastric acid secretion enhancement caused by gastric dilatation
