将供暖系统中气候补偿理念引进变风量空调系统,通过热交换分析将热负荷值表示成送风温度的函数,并在分析变风量空调系统热交换及各控制环节的基础上,提出了气候补偿方案,研究了送风温度最优设定值的确定方法。结合实验系统,依据所提出的气候补偿方案确定了冬季多种工况下的送风温度最优值,并采用Smith预估控制策略对送风温度进行控制研究。实验证明系统在送风温度最优点运行比在其他工作点最高节能可达35.5%,表明这种方法可行,具有一定的节能性,为工程应用提出了一种参考方案。
The concept of climate compensation in the heating system was introduced into the VAV air conditioning system. The heat load value was expressed as a function of the supply air temperature through heat exchange analysis. Based on the analysis of the heat exchange and various control links of the VAV air conditioning system, a climate compensation was proposed. The program studied the method of determining the optimum setting value of supply air temperature. Combining with the experimental system, the optimal value of air supply temperature under various conditions in winter was determined according to the proposed climate compensation program. The Smith predictor control strategy was used to control the air supply temperature. Experiments show that the system operates at a maximum of 35.5% of the maximum operating efficiency at the supply air temperature than at other operating points, indicating that this method is feasible and has certain energy-saving properties. A reference scheme has been proposed for engineering applications.
