对于水资源的利用是人类社会发展的最重要的步骤,水资源也是国家经济社会发展的最重要的基础条件,更是我国法治社会主义生态文明的重要方向。本文认为,榆林市如何利用好水资源,要总结分析现阶段水资源的开发、利用中的问题,找到解决方案,在探索客观规律结合实际情况的基础上,为榆林市水资源的可持续利用和经济社会的可持续发展提供可供参考的观点。
The utilization of water resources is the most important step in the development of human society. Water resources are also the most important basic conditions for the country’s economic and social development. It is also an important direction for the socialist ecological civilization under the rule of law in our country.
