本文采用选择性冠脉内注射麦角新碱诱发冠脉痉挛,观察30只犬(含对照组15只)的左右冠脉分别痉挛后30min和60min时血浆内皮素(ET),P物质(SP)和血管紧张素Ⅰ、Ⅱ(AngⅠ、AngⅡ)含量的变化,发现冠脉痉挛后左冠和右冠痉挛组的ET含量明显高于痉挛前及对照组,左右冠脉痉挛组间无明显差别;SP水平明显高于痉挛前和对照组,并且右冠痉挛组高于左冠痉挛组;AngⅠ、AngⅡ含量变化与ET类似,二者间呈显著正相关。作者认为ET、SP、和AngⅠ、AngⅡ在CAS(冠脉痉挛)病理生理过程中具有重要影响。SP含量变化可能参与了RCAS时的血流动力学改变。ET含量的变化可能影响AngⅠ,AngⅡ水平的变化。
In this study, coronary artery spasm was induced by selective coronary administration of ergonovine. Plasma levels of endothelin (ET) and substance P (SP) were measured at 30 and 60 minutes after the left and right coronary arteries of 30 dogs (control group) And angiotensin Ⅰ, angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅰ, Ang Ⅱ) content changes, found that after coronary spasm left and right crown spasm group ET content was significantly higher than before spasm and control group, left and right coronary artery spasm group no significant difference; SP levels were significantly higher than before spasm and control group, and the right coronary spasm group than the left coronary artery spasm group; Ang Ⅰ, Ang Ⅱ content changes and ET similar, between the two was significantly positive correlation. The authors believe that ET, SP, and Ang Ⅰ, Ang Ⅱ in the CAS (Coronary Spasm) pathophysiology has a significant impact. Changes in SP content may be involved in hemodynamic changes at RCAS. The changes of ET content may affect the changes of AngⅠand AngⅡ.
