近几年随着经济、科技的飞速发展,人们的生活节奏也不断加快,国家和社会越发的关注房屋建筑工程项目,因为该建筑的质量的好还与人们的生命财产以及社会的安定直接挂钩。因此,施工项目管理中,质量管理就变得越来越重要了,同时也是我国建筑企业的核心力量,本文主要从“人”和“材料”两个方面对建筑工程质量的影响因素进行分析,然后有针对性的从这两个方面对提出项目质量管理和控制研究方案。
In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and science and technology, the pace of people’s life is accelerating. The state and society pay more and more attention to housing construction projects because the quality of the building is directly linked to people’s life, property and social stability . Therefore, the quality management becomes more and more important in the construction project management, and it is also the core force of the construction enterprises in our country. This paper mainly focuses on the quality of the construction project from two aspects of “people” and “material” Factor analysis, and then targeted from these two aspects of the proposed project quality management and control of research programs.
