型砂紧实过程中的时间因素的影响,以前很少有人研究过。本文经过实际试验观察了型砂在保压时间不同时变形情况的变化,研究了型砂的蠕变、回弹、再紧实变形等与型砂的粘弹性和粘塑性有关的变形,提出了型砂蠕变方程式。通过对比试验,得出型砂的这些变形主要是由于砂粒接触点上粘土膜的变形和粘弹性,而不是由于砂粒本身的变形。文中用流变学的概念分析型砂的这些性能,并得出了有关型砂紧实机理的一些结论。
The impact of the time factor in the compaction of sand has rarely been studied before. In this paper, we observed the deformation of sand during different time of dwell time, and studied the deformation related to the viscoelasticity and viscoplasticity of sand, such as creep, rebound, equation. Through comparative experiments, it is concluded that these deformations of the sand are mainly due to the deformation and viscoelasticity of the clay film at the contact point of the sand, not due to the deformation of the sand itself. In this paper, rheology is used to analyze the properties of sand, and some conclusions about sand compacting mechanism are obtained.
