China Construction Machinery Industry Association, the fourth three member congress and the twelfth China Construction Machinery Development Forum held on November 28, 2013 in Linyi, Shandong. The conference focused on the theme of “adapting to the situation, upgrading and promoting sustainable development”, and participants discussed the development strategy of construction machinery industry with “innovation-driven, quality first, structural optimization and green development”. The meeting heard the national macroeconomic and construction machinery industry development situation report; consider the association’s work summary in 2013 and 2014 work plan
