云芝胞外多糖系杂色云芝菌深层培养后，从培养液中提取的多糖类物质。药理实验表明，云芝胞外多糖能增强机体免疫机能，提高网状内皮系统吞噬活性，但迄今未见有关云芝胞外多糖的致突变性报导。为此，受重庆制药五厂委托，我室进行了该药致突变作用的实验研究，为该产品应用于人体的安全性提供依据。现将研究结果报告如下。
The polysaccharides extracted from the culture medium after the deep-culture of the Yunzhi-exopolysaccharide-based variola fungus. Pharmacological experiments showed that Yunzhi extracellular polysaccharide can enhance the immune function of the body and increase the phagocytic activity of the reticuloendothelial system. However, no mutagenicity report has been reported on the extracellular polysaccharide of the fungus. To this end, commissioned by the Chongqing Pharmaceutical Factory No. 5, our laboratory conducted an experimental study of the mutagenicity of the drug to provide a basis for the safety of the product in the human body. The results of the study are reported below.
