法律诊所是一种独特的实践型教学方式,它弥补了理论教学模式的不足。高校法律援助是实践法律诊所教学的良好平台,是培养学生法律职业能力的重要场所。目前高校法律援助中的法律诊所在发展中遇到一定的阻力,受到制度层面、物质层面等多方制约。为此,必须进行改革。为突破这些瓶颈,有必要采取一系列针对措施,保障高校法律援助中的法律诊所良好运行。
Legal clinic is a kind of unique practical teaching method, which makes up for the lack of theoretical teaching mode. Legal aid in colleges and universities is a good platform for practicing law clinic teaching and is an important place for cultivating students’ legal professional ability. At present, the legal clinics in college legal aid encounter some resistance in the development and are restricted by many aspects such as the system level and the material level. To this end, we must reform. To break through these bottlenecks, it is necessary to adopt a series of measures to protect the legal clinics in colleges and universities from legal aid.
