以2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸/丙烯酰胺共聚物为稳定剂,采用化学氧化聚合制备聚苯胺水分散液,并研究了其复合钝化膜的耐蚀性能。通过动态光散射(DLS)、离心稳定性测试、傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱和紫外可见分光光谱等手段对聚苯胺水分散液进行表征;通过Tafel极化曲线和交流阻抗谱表征了钝化膜的耐电化学腐蚀性能。结果表明,2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸/丙烯酰胺共聚物稳定的聚苯胺水分散液具有好的分散稳定性,聚苯胺的加入能有效提高钝化膜层的致密性,抑制阳极反应,从而提高复合钝化膜的耐蚀性能。
