This paper holds that the CPC Central Committee’s “Opinions on Further Prospering and Developing Philosophy and Social Sciences” comprehensively and systematically expounds on the tasks, principles and objectives of philosophy and social sciences in the new century and in the new phase and is a programmatic document for the prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences Expounds some problems that need attention in the implementation, and presents some unique views on the academic innovation of modern political economy.
