目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定姜参胶囊中姜黄素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4·6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-8%醋酸溶液(47∶53),流速为1·0mL·min-1,检测波长为254nm,柱温为室温。结果:姜黄素进样量在0·256~1·152μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0·9998);平均加样回收率为99·48%,RSD=1·56%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、快速、准确、可靠,可用于姜参胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of curcumin content in ginger ginseng capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-8% acetic acid solution (47∶53), the flow rate was 1·0mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was 254nm, the column temperature was Room temperature. Results: There was a good linear relationship between peak area integration value (r=0·9998) and curcumin injection amount in the range of 0·256~1·152μg; the average recovery rate was 99.48%, RSD=1· 56% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of ginger ginseng capsules.
