为了全面贯彻中央军委批转的《“九五”期间全军除害灭病规划》 ,提高部队的生活和环境卫生质量 ,济南军区各部队在创建卫生单位活动中实行“四个纳入” ,即 :(1)把创建卫生单位活动纳入部队整体建设规划之中 ,确保“创建”质量 ;(2 )把健康教育纳入精神文明建设之中 ,增强教育力度 ;(3)把卫生管理纳入部队经常性管理之中 ,提高管理效能 ;(4)把监督指导纳入综合检查之中 ,促进工作落实。从而推动了创建卫生单位活动健康深入的开展 ,收到良好的效果。
In order to fully implement the “Plan for the Elimination of Pests and Diseases by the PLA during the Ninth Five-Year Plan” approved by the Central Military Commission and improve the quality of troops’ life and environmental hygiene, all military units of the Jinan Military Region implemented “four inclusion” in the activities of establishing health units, : (1) Include the activities of creating health units in the overall military construction planning to ensure “create” quality; (2) incorporate health education into the building of spiritual civilization and enhance education; (3) incorporate health management into the regular troop strength Management, and improve management efficiency; (4) the supervision and guidance into the comprehensive inspection, and promote the implementation of the work. Thus promoting the healthy and in-depth development of health unit creation activities and receiving good results.
