我们对经典的铝片还原法进行了一些试验,于盐酸—硫酸—磷酸介质中,在适当的酸度下,用铝片将铁(Ⅲ)还原为铁(Ⅱ),用重铬酸钾滴定。方法不需用二氧化碳气体保护还原装置,简化了操作手续,在用于锰矿中铁的测定,分析结果稳定可靠。实验部分一、主要试剂: 硫酸—磷酸混合溶液:取150毫升硫酸缓缓倾入700毫升水中,冷却,加磷酸150毫升,混匀。
We carried out some experiments on the classical reduction of aluminum flakes. In the hydrochloric acid-sulfuric acid-phosphoric acid medium, iron (III) was reduced to iron (II) by aluminum flakes and titrated with potassium dichromate at the appropriate acidity. The method does not need carbon dioxide gas to protect the reduction device, simplifies the operation procedure, and is used for the determination of iron in manganese ore, the analysis result is stable and reliable. Experimental part A, the main reagent: sulfuric acid - phosphoric acid mixed solution: Take 150 ml of sulfuric acid slowly poured into 700 ml of water, cooled, add phosphoric acid 150 ml, mix well.
