目前所使用的激光无损检测技术,都需要大型、隔振的光学系统。因而,只能在有限的基础条件下用该方法检查复合材料,如:网状和海绵状飞机复合材料结构中的层次、气孔,裂纹和其它结构的缺陷。现在新研制了一种利用三角架固定的轻便全息无损检测照相系统(图1),其成本仅为目前所用系统的1/6。它使用两条轨迹的激光光束测量目标,并与照相机相对移动,然后这个运动通过一套光学锁相系统进行补偿。这种 Holomatic 8000型仪器是由 PA.Norristown激光技术公司研制,是一种可在任何条件下检测复合
Currently used laser non-destructive testing techniques require large, vibration-isolating optical systems. Therefore, this method can only be used to inspect composites under limited foundational conditions, such as levels, stomata, cracks and other structural defects in the reticular and spongy aircraft composite structures. A newly developed lightweight holographic non-destructive inspection camera system (Figure 1) using a tripod is now being developed at a cost of only 1/6 of the currently used system. It uses a laser beam of two trajectories to measure the target and move relative to the camera, then the motion is compensated by an optical phase-locked system. Developed by PA.
