Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) retrograde labeling has long been widely used in brain neural pathways. Accurate and proper injection of HRP into the nucleus of interest is a crucial step in the experiment, but the injection of deep tiny nuclei in brain tissue is more difficult. In the past, pressure injection methods used by people were characterized by excessive speed, excessive injection volume, excessive diffusion range and contamination of the needle track, resulting in many illusions that could not be analyzed. Many scholars have improved this method, using casing method, micro-electrophoresis and other methods. However, each method has its advantages, but also has insurmountable deficiencies.
