随着社会经济的不断发展,高职医学护理专业教学方法的改革已经逐渐得到了人们的广泛关注,其中,医学护理专业教育以培养符合社会需求的实用性医学人才,提高学生的职业能力为目标。现阶段,随着医院发展的新形式,临床系统化整体护理的全面开展和医学观念和模式的不断转变,相关的护理教育逐步实行了教学改革。简要分析了在高职医学护理专业教学过程中,传统教学方法及其存在的问题,并提出了相应的教学方法的创新改革建议。在巩固原有理论知识操作的基础上,进一步增强学生的思维能力、实践能力、解决实际问题的能力、语言沟通能力和判断分析能力等综合职业能力的教学方法创新改革,从而培养出符合社会需求的实用性医学护理人才。
With the continuous development of social economy, the reform of teaching methods of medical nursing major in higher vocational education has gradually drawn people’s attention. Among them, medical nursing professional education aims to cultivate practical medical talents that meet the needs of the society and improve their professional abilities . At this stage, with the new form of hospital development, the overall clinical systematic nursing care and the continuous transformation of medical concepts and models, the related nursing education gradually implemented the teaching reform. Briefly analyzes the traditional teaching methods and their existing problems in the teaching process of medical nursing major in higher vocational education, and puts forward some suggestions on the innovation and reform of the corresponding teaching methods. On the basis of consolidating the operation of the original theoretical knowledge, we should innovate and reform the teaching methods to further enhance the students’ ability of thinking, practical ability, practical problem solving, language communication and judgment and analysis so as to meet the needs of society Practical medical nursing talent.
