随着经济全球化的发展,引进外资逐渐成为中国加速经济发展的必要手段。在这样的大环境下,江苏省开放型经济不断发展,江苏也成为引进外商投资的大省。据分析,其引进的大部分外资属于高污染性质,相应弊端日益出现并对江苏的资源环境形成越来越强烈的影响。文章运用计量模型对外商直接投资与江苏资源环境之间的关系进行了分析,同样得出引进外商直接投资越多,江苏省资源环境将遭到越严重破坏的结论。在低碳经济的大背景下,江苏如何优化外商直接投资也变得愈发重要。对此文章提出了相应建议和意见,以期促进江苏经济能够取得进一步发展。
With the development of economic globalization, the introduction of foreign investment has gradually become an essential measure for China to speed up its economic development. In such a large environment, the open economy in Jiangsu Province has been constantly developing and Jiangsu has become a major province in attracting foreign investment. According to the analysis, most of the foreign investment it introduced belongs to the highly polluting nature, and the corresponding malpractices are appearing more and more and exert more and more influence on the resources and environment of Jiangsu. Using econometric models to analyze the relationship between foreign direct investment and resource and environment in Jiangsu, the article also concludes that the more direct foreign investment will be introduced and the more serious the resource environment in Jiangsu will be destroyed. In the context of a low-carbon economy, how to optimize foreign direct investment in Jiangsu has become increasingly important. This article put forward the corresponding suggestions and opinions with a view to promoting further economic development in Jiangsu.
