【目的】梳理高校综合性科技期刊发展面临的现实困境,剖析深层次的原因并提出建议。【方法】根据《陕西师范大学学报(自然科学版)》的办刊实际与统计数据,梳理高校综合性科技期刊发展中出现的问题;从评价体制、办刊原则、主办方诉求等多种角度分析原因并提出宏观与微观两个维度的破解之道。【结果】稿源受限、栏目设置与主办院校学科发展不匹配、期刊与校内学者关系发生改变、作者学术素养不高,以及办刊经费不足等,是高校综合性科技期刊面临的新难题,这不仅与高校期刊与生俱来的内向性办刊原则有关,更是当下学术评价体制及主办院校追求赶超发展目标所导致的结果。【结论】高校综合性科技期刊应制定合理的期刊发展目标,不以学术评价为唯一追求目标;采取改变组稿方式、取得感情认同、提供增值服务、争取政策支持等多种途径,促进期刊发展。
[Objective] To sort out the real predicament faced by the development of comprehensive science and technology journals in colleges and universities, analyze the causes of the deep-seated problems and make suggestions. 【Method】 According to the actual and statistical data of Journal of Shaanxi Normal University (Natural Science Edition), combing the problems that appeared in the development of comprehensive science and technology journals in colleges and universities. From the aspects of evaluation system, principles of running journal, Analyze the reasons and put forward the way of cracking the two dimensions of macro and micro. 【Result】 The results show that there are many problems in the comprehensive science and technology journals in colleges and universities, such as the limited sources of manuscripts, the mismatch between the setting of columns and the subject development of the host universities, the change of the relationship between the journals and the scholars within the school, the poor academic accomplishment of the authors and the insufficient funds for running the journals. , Which is not only related to the inherent principles of introverts in periodicals in colleges and universities, but also the result of the current academic evaluation system and the goal of the host institutions to catch up with and surpass the development goals. 【Conclusion】 Comprehensive academic journals in colleges and universities should establish reasonable goals of journals development, not to pursue academic goals as the sole objective of evaluation; adopt various ways such as changing group manuscripts, obtaining affection, providing value-added services and obtaining policy support so as to promote the development of journals.
