本文工作建立了一个可模拟不同程度心力衰竭的血液动力学仿真模型。应用这一模型,作者对三级序贯式体外反搏进行了仿真研究,着重考察了各级反搏气囊充气时间差和保压时间长度对循环生理参量的作用。仿真实验结果表明,这两个反搏控制参量的取值对于反搏疗效有显著影响,并发现平均主动脉舒张压与收缩压之比可做为评价反搏疗效的综合指标,当保压时间和各级间加压时间差取某一组合时,可使这一指标取极大值。经比较可知,本文报告的仿真结果与临床的结果是一致的。
This work builds a hemodynamic simulation model that simulates different degrees of heart failure. Using this model, the author has carried out a simulation study of the three-stage sequential extracorporeal counterpulsation, focusing on the effects of the time differences in inflation time and the dwell time on the circadian physiological parameters. The simulation results show that the values of the two parameters of counterpulsation have a significant effect on the efficacy of counterpulsation and found that the ratio of average aortic diastolic pressure to systolic blood pressure can be used as a comprehensive index to evaluate the efficacy of counterpulsation. And all levels of pressure time difference to take a combination, you can make this indicator take the maximum value. The comparison shows that the simulation results reported in this paper are consistent with the clinical results.
