考虑到各种环境因素可能对天线波束指向产生影响以及星载天线在轨服务区重置的需求,越来越多的星载天线要求具有在轨指向微调功能。文章针对一种天线微调机构,利用磨损程度评估技术开展了其寿命预估,同时使用加速寿命试验完成了其寿命试验考核工作。
Considering the possible influence of various environmental factors on antenna beam pointing and the requirement of spaceborne antenna to be reset in orbit service area, more and more spaceborne antennas are required to have in-orbit-pointing fine tuning function. In this paper, aiming at a kind of antenna fine-tuning mechanism, the life prediction is carried out by using the wear degree evaluation technology. At the same time, the accelerated life test is used to complete its life test and assessment work.
