目的:了解乳癖2号汤治疗乳腺增生病的药理作用。方法:将实验豚鼠造成乳腺增生模型,灌胃给实验豚鼠乳癖2号汤水煎剂,取血清检测雌二醇、孕酮;取乳腺做病理切片,观察乳腺的病理形态。结果:乳癖2号汤12g/kg、6g/kg剂量组雌、孕激素含量较模型组得到了明显的改善,乳腺腺泡数、导管上皮细胞层数以及腺泡腔直径较模型组也有明显的减少。结论:乳癖2号汤通过调节雌、孕激素水平,使增生的乳腺得到复原,从而达到治疗乳腺增生病的目的。
Objective: To understand the pharmacological effects of Rupi No.2 Decoction in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods: The model of hyperplasia of mammary glands was induced in experimental guinea pigs. The experimental decoction of Guinea pig Ruyi No.2 decoction was administered by gavage. Estradiol and progesterone were taken from the serum of guinea pigs. Pathological sections of the mammary glands were taken and the pathological changes of mammary glands were observed. Results: The contents of estrogen and progestin in 12g / kg, 6g / kg dose group of Rupi No.2 Decoction were significantly improved compared with the model group, and the number of mammary gland acini, the number of ductal epithelial cells and the diameter of alveolar space were also significantly Decrease. Conclusion: Rupi No.2 decoction regulates the level of estrogen and progesterone to restore the hyperplastic mammary gland, so as to achieve the goal of treating hyperplasia of mammary gland.
