后评价报告是把后评价发现的事实和吸收的经验教训形成文件，主要供政府部门和贷款机沟等单位阅读。文件形式有两种，一种是“自我评价报告”，另一种是后评价综合报告，发达国家和一些发展中国家都严肃对待后评价的问题，许多国家都由中央机构组织安排。
The post-evaluation report is a document that documents the facts found in the post-evaluation and lessons learned, and is mainly used by government departments and loan machine trenches to read. There are two types of documents, one is the “Self-Evaluation Report” and the other is the post-evaluation synthesis report. Developed countries and some developing countries all take seriously post-evaluation issues. Many countries are organized by central agencies.
