以能量守恒原理为基础推导了控制体内温度变化的计算公式,结合伺服阀的压力流量特性,提出了建立伺服阀热力学模型的方法。对包含一个四通滑阀的液压系统进行建模和仿真,仿真结果表明,模型可以很好的反映阀在各种工况下的动态热力特性,对提高液压系统热力学建模及仿真的精度具有较好的参考意义。
Based on the principle of energy conservation, the calculation formula of temperature change in body is deduced. Combined with the pressure flow characteristics of servo valve, a method of establishing the thermodynamic model of servo valve is proposed. The hydraulic system including a four-way spool valve is modeled and simulated. The simulation results show that the model can well reflect the dynamic thermal characteristics of the valve in various operating conditions and has the advantages of improving the accuracy of the thermodynamic modeling and simulation of the hydraulic system Better reference meaning.
