近年来,海原县认真贯彻落实《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》、《中国共产党党内监督条例》、《党政领导干部选拔任用工作监督检查办法》和中央、区、市党委关于干部监督管理的有关规定,严格规范干部选拔任用工作程序,不断创新干部监督管理形式,构筑了“横向到边、纵向到底”的立体式干部监督工作新格局,有力地促进了全县领导班子和干部队伍建设,取得较好成效。
