首先介绍了新兴铸管热电厂循环水系统的装备情况,分析了系统存在的黏泥堵塞管道、凝汽器堵塞等问题。通过调研分析,先进行高压水枪清洗和杀菌剥离清洗,系统正常运行后再采用胶球清洗并投加化学药剂,实践表明,循环水系统运行良好,各项运行指标和监测数据均达到并优于国标GBJ 50—83和中国石油天然气股份有限公司炼油化工企业工业水管理制度的规定。最后提出了系统在运行管理中存在的一些问题,并给出了改进措施。
Firstly, the equipment of circulating water system in Xinxing Ductile Power Plant is introduced, and the problems such as blockage of pipeline with sticky mud and blockage of condenser are analyzed. Through research and analysis, the first high-pressure water gun cleaning and sterilization stripping cleaning, the system normal operation and then use plastic ball cleaning and dosing chemicals, practice shows that the circulating water system is running well, the operation indicators and monitoring data are better than National Standard GBJ 50-83 and PetroChina Refining and Chemical Enterprise Industrial Water Management System Provisions. Finally, some problems existing in the operation and management of the system are put forward, and some improvements are given.
