目的:建立白饭树的质量标准。方法:通过显微镜观察白饭树的显微特征;通过薄层色谱对白饭树进行定性鉴别;通过高效液相色谱测定没食子酸的含量,色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5C18柱,250×4.6mm E74036;流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸(5∶95);流速为1.0ml/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长为272nm。结果:白饭树的显微特征易见;薄层色谱斑点明显,与对照药材和对照品色谱相应位置上斑点对应整齐;没食子酸在0~36.5μg.mL~(-1)μg.mL~(-1)之间呈良好的线性关系,回收率达到99.83%。结论:本标准可靠、稳定,可应用于控制白饭树的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of white rice tree. Methods: The microscopic characteristics of the white rice were observed by microscopy. The white rice was qualitatively identified by TLC. The content of gallic acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Kromasil 100-5C18 column, 250 × 4.6 mm E74036. The phase was methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid (5:95); the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min; the column temperature was 30 ℃; the detection wavelength was 272 nm. Results: The characteristics of the white rice tree were easy to see. The spots of the thin layer chromatogram were obvious, and the spots on the corresponding positions of the reference drug and the reference substance were neat. The concentrations of gallic acid in 0 ~ 36.5μg.mL ~ (-1) μg.mL ~ (-1) -1) showed a good linear relationship between the recovery rate of 99.83%. Conclusion: This standard is reliable, stable and can be used to control the quality of white rice.
