高职院校校园文化与企业文化对接是高职教育人才培养的要求,是提升高职院校核心竞争力的有效途径,是建设高职特色校园文化的需要。两者可从精神文化、制度文化和物质文化三方面内容进行对接。
The connection between campus culture and corporate culture in higher vocational colleges is the requirement of talent cultivation in higher vocational education. It is an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges and is the need of building a campus culture with characteristics of higher vocational education. Both can be from the spirit of culture, institutional culture and material culture of the three docking.
