一个新事物的诞生和成长,需要周边好的生长环境,在人的因素加进来以后,就更需要与之相连相关人员给予其关爱和呵护,这新事物就一定是赶上了“天时、地利、人和”,才有可能茁壮成长。对于“东联”这样一个留学人员回国创业的“战略联盟”新模式,它要想在中国生根发芽、茁壮成长,除去它自身的生命力和自身的努力以外,其所处的直接外围环境对它的“支持”也显得至关重要。关于“东联”的采访中,我们不止一次地想到这个问题,也多次听“东联”成员说到这一问题。他们谈及最多的,莫过于中关村科技园区管委会、中关村软件园孵化器的有关人士,在“东联”的酝酿和草创过程中给予的“支持”(当然他们自己都说是“服务”)。如果说,“东联”的创始者们从自身业务和事业发展需要出发,他们自然地或者说敏锐地想到了要走企业实质性联合做强做大这么一条必由之路,是市场规则使然,是人的思维本质使然,是事物发展的客观规律使然,而且很容易理解的话;那么,中关村科技园区管委会、中关村软件园孵化器,又是出于一种什么样的考虑在“支持”“东联”的促生和发展呢?

Then, the Zhongguancun Science Park Management Committee and the Zhongguancun Software Park incubator are out of consideration for what kind of support they are “supporting” and “Eastern”.
