我厂12t/h沸腾锅炉于1995年3月点火投运,配套的引风机型号为Y5-48No12.5C,电机为Y280S-4,功率75kW。由于引风机基础埋入地下仅100mm左右,浇灌混凝土时,混凝土的标号与设计要求不符,致使引风机一开始运行基础振动就很大,最后造成引风机的油封、轴承均损坏,被迫停炉。为了缩短停炉时间,我们利用节日大检修的10天时间,加固了风机基础。其方法是:首先用洗涤剂擦洗掉原基础上的油污,并铲
