采用植物化学成分系统预试法和薄层预试法对宁夏野西瓜苗的化学成分进行了初步研究。结果显示野西瓜苗中含有蒽醌类、糖类、氨基酸、多肽、生物碱、黄酮类、萜类、甾体类、鞣质、有机酸类和挥发油等成分,可能不含酚性成分、内酯和香豆素。
The chemical constituents of wild watermelon seedlings in Ningxia were preliminarily studied using phytochemical method and thin-layer pre-test. The results showed that wild watermelon seedlings contain anthraquinones, sugars, amino acids, peptides, alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenes, steroids, tannins, organic acids and volatile oil and other ingredients may not contain phenolic compounds, Ester and coumarin.
