李连祥男,济南市交通局财务审计处处长,会计师。注重加强制度建设、推行会计电算化、重视队伍建设、强化财务预算管理,以身作则,真抓实干。领导的财审处先后被市财政局评为会计基础工作规范达标先进单位、全市部门预算决算优秀单位,年年被评为全市交通系统先进集体;多次被交通厅评为全省交通系统会计决算工作全优单位;被市政府授予“人民满意的公务员集体”称号,荣立集体三等功;被市委宣传部、市总工会、人事局、财政局联合授予“会计工作先进集体”称号。他本人先后4次被交通厅评为财务征收先进个人;连续5年被评为局先进工作者;2004年,被评为市农村公路改造工作先进生产者。
