广州振兴粤剧基金会第四次理事会于2002年1月1 2日下午在中国大酒店四季厅举行。会议由副秘书长刘长安主持;黎子流会长致词;市委副书记朱小丹到会并讲话。刘长安宣读基金会关于“调整理事会及工作机构的决议”。黎子流会长向新任副会长、副秘书长、理事颁发聘书。副会长兼秘书长曾石龙作基金会九周年工作报告。副秘书长易海作基金会九周年财务工作报告。刘长安作基金会第四次理事会关于“修改章程的说明”。副秘书长周帼英宣读“关于每年动用部分本金的决议”。办公室副主任李坚宣读修改的“财务管理规定”。最后,大会讨论并通过有关文件。本届理事会及其工作机构由以下人员组成:永远名誉会长:林余宝珠名誉会长:何鸿燊名誉副会长:林文恩霍林淑端梁秋戴德丰谭焕容梁安琪彭麟基彭雄发刘军(以上为港澳地区)朱小丹阎宪奇阮焕(以上为广州地区)
The 4th council of Guangzhou Zhenxing Cantonese Opera Foundation was held on January 12, 2002 in the Four Seasons Hall of China World Hotel. The meeting was chaired by Liu Changan, deputy secretary general; Li Zi flowed the president’s speech; and Zhu Xiaodan, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee, attended the meeting and made a speech. Liu Chang’an read the Foundation’s “Resolution on Adjusting the Council and the Working Agencies”. Li Zi flow president to the newly appointed vice president, deputy secretary general, director issued a letter of appointment. Zeng Shilong, vice president and secretary general of the Foundation for the work report on the ninth anniversary.
