对1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN耐热钢主轴试件引入表面喷丸处理工艺,借助无损残余应力测试手段分析喷丸强度与喷丸覆盖率对试件表层残余应力分布的影响,并研究不同工况下的疲劳性能改善效果。结果表明,二者主要作用是在保持高应力峰值的基础上增大或巩固残余应力影响深度与应力峰值所在层深,但也增加了应力敏感性,造成应力大幅松弛。试件的疲劳寿命在室温下主要由喷丸强度控制,而在高温下还将受喷丸覆盖率的显著影响。
The surface shot peening process was introduced into the 1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN heat-resisting steel spindle specimen. The influence of shot peening and shot peening on the surface residual stress distribution was analyzed by non-destructive residual stress test, and the fatigue performance was improved under different working conditions effect. The results show that the main function of both is to increase or consolidate the depth of residual stress and the depth of stress peak while maintaining the peak of high stress, but also increase the stress sensitivity and cause the stress relaxation. The fatigue life of the test piece is dominated by the shot peening strength at room temperature and will be significantly affected by shot peening at high temperatures.
