2014年,随着中央支持新疆发展纺织服装产业带动就业的国家战略启动,新疆掀开了纺织服装产业大发展的时代篇章。短短两年多,纺织服装产业已成为新疆振兴经济、解决就业、稳定社会的重要支柱产业。而这一战略的开启,适逢中国纺织服装产业正面临新一轮的产业链全球转移。新疆着力发展纺织服装产业,不仅为内地产业转移提供了又一块丰厚的沃土,同时,也在整体上为中国纺织产业竞争力的进一步提升做了有力布局。
In 2014, with the launch of the national strategy of supporting the employment of the textile and clothing industry by the central government in Xinjiang, Xinjiang opened the era of great development of the textile and clothing industry. In just over two years, the textile and garment industry has become an important pillar industry in Xinjiang for rejuvenating the economy and for employment and social stability. The opening of this strategy, coincides with the Chinese textile and garment industry is facing a new round of global industrial chain transfer. Xinjiang’s efforts to develop the textile and garment industry not only provide another rich fertile ground for the transfer of industries in the interior of the Mainland, but at the same time they also provide a strong overall layout for the further enhancement of the competitiveness of China’s textile industry.
