小班化教学是在克服大班授课的弊端下提出来的另一种教学方式。传统的大班授课忽略了学生的个体差异性,不利于学生的个性发展。小班化教学意在激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的自主学习和思考的能力,使学生得到全面发展。小班化教学要求教师在大班教学的基础上,根据教学中不同的因素,随时调整教学组织管理方式,使学生和教师双方在教学活动中共同学习、共同探讨以及共同进步。教师创建问题情境,让学生利用已有的资料,解决学习中的疑难问题。尊重学生的个体差异,实行分层教学。小班教学是现代教育改革的发展趋势,是实现素质化教育的有效途径。
Small class teaching is another teaching method put forward to overcome the disadvantages of large class teaching. The traditional class teaching ignores the individual differences of students, is not conducive to the personality development of students.
