目的分析支撑喉镜下手术治疗声带息肉的临床疗效。方法对286例声带息肉患者进行支撑喉镜下手术治疗,对比术前术后息肉发生部位的检查所见及患者声嘶改善的程度等进行疗效判断。结果治愈262倒,好转24例。术后1周复查,未见息肉残留,声音嘶哑有不同程度的改善,随访1 a未见复发及其他并发症。结论采用支撑喉镜下行声带息肉手术可取得较好的临床治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surgical treatment of vocal cord polyp under the support of laryngoscope. Methods 286 patients with vocal cord polyps underwent laryngoscope surgery, compared with preoperative and postoperative findings of polyps found in patients with hoarseness and improve the extent of the judge to determine the efficacy. The results of 262 down, improved in 24 cases. One week after the operation, there was no polyp residue or hoarseness with varying degrees of improvement. No recurrence or other complications were observed after 1-year follow-up. Conclusion Adopting support laryngoscope down vocal cord polyp surgery can achieve better clinical effect.
