用LMC定向凝固技术展示了蠕虫状石墨析出、畸变、成虫的连续生长过程。实验表明,亚共晶蠕虫状石墨有其特有的生长方式,其析出的雏晶除通常所观察到的球状形态外,还发现过去未曾报道过的虫状形态的雏晶。这类雏晶在金属熔体中的奥氏体树枝晶周界上析出。观察球状雏晶的初始畸变,发现有如下三种形式:奥氏体树枝晶间畸变;奥氏体树枝晶包围下畸变;沿奥氏体树枝晶周界畸变。在实验观察的基础上,本文探讨了蠕虫状石墨特有的生长方式。
Using LMC directional solidification technology shows the worm-like graphite precipitation, distortion, continuous growth of adult process. Experiments show that hypoeutectic graphite has its own unique way of growth, the precipitated crystal in addition to the commonly observed spherical morphology, but also found in the past have not been reported in the form of worm-like crystallite. Such crystallites precipitate on the perimeter of austenitic dendrites in the metal melt. Observed the initial deformation of spherical crystals, found in the following three forms: the deformation of austenite dendrite; austenite dendrite surrounded by distortion; dendrites along the perimeter distortion. Based on the experimental observations, this paper explores the specific growth of worm-like graphite.
