文章阐述了创作共用协议及协议的版权授权方式,探讨了该协议对机构存储模式下特色知识库建设格局和授权方式的影响,定义了机构知识库的分类及特点。分析了我国特色库建设中机构存储方式建库存在的问题、进展缓慢的原因及未来发展出路,提出了基于创作共用协议的自愿式自存储和强制性存储共建的实施方式及开源协作模式。机构特色库建设引入创作共用协议可提高用户的参与和认可,研究一套富有实效的方法使存储模式更有利于知识共享的实施。
The article expounds the copyright licensing method of creating sharing protocols and protocols, discusses the impact of this protocol on the construction pattern and authorization mode of featured knowledge bases in institutional storage mode, and defines the classification and characteristics of institutional knowledge bases. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of institutional storage in the construction of our country’s featured libraries, the reasons for the slow development and the way out for future development. Finally, we put forward the implementation mode and the open source cooperation model of voluntary storage and compulsory storage based on Creative Commons. The introduction of a Creative Commons agreement for the construction of institutional feature library can increase users’ participation and recognition and study a set of effective methods to make the storage model more conducive to the implementation of knowledge sharing.
