采用免疫组织化学ABC法给合图像定量分析观察杏仁中央核内神经降压肽神经元的衰老变化及何首乌的抗衰老作用.结果表明.杏仁中央核内神经降压肽神经元的细胞数量增龄性显著减少(P<0.01),灰度值呈增龄性显著升高(P<0.01),细胞面积在12月龄呈现增加(P<0.05),24月龄时显著增加(P<0.01).何首乌喂药组与同月龄大鼠相比,神经降压肽神经元的细胞数减少程度.灰度值的升高及细胞面积的增加幅度均显著降低(P<0.01).提示何首乌有延缓衰老之功效。
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to quantitatively analyze the aging changes of neurotensin neurons in the central amygdala and anti-aging effects of Polygonum multiflorum. The results show. The number of age-related neurotensin neurons in the central amygdaloid nucleus was significantly decreased (P<0.01), and the gray-scale neurons were significantly older (P<0.01). The cell area was 12 months old. Show increased (P <0.05), significantly increased at 24 months of age (P <0.01). Compared with rats of the same age group, the number of neurotensin neurons decreased in the group fed with Polygonum multiflorum. The increase of gray value and the increase of cell area were significantly decreased (P<0.01). Tip Polygonum multiflorum has the effect of delaying aging.
