在对毫米波数字锁相环路进行分析的基础上给出了三阶环的工作参数，并设计了一个８ｍｍＧｕｎｎ振荡器数字锁相环路．实验结果表明，该环路锁定容易，而且频谱较纯．
Based on the analysis of the millimeter-wave digital phase-locked loop, the working parameters of the third-order loop are given and an 8mmGunn oscillator digital phase-locked loop is designed. Experimental results show that the loop lock is easy, and the spectrum is purer.
