The development of bulk cement in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province started in 1989. Although it was later than 18 years in the province, it developed rapidly. By the end of 2000, the city had promoted the use of bulk cement by 2.15 million tons, creating a total economic benefit of RMB 10.75 million. During the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, the city promoted 1.65 million tons of bulk cement, which was 3.46 times that of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” and the bulk rate was 20%. Especially in Yancheng District, the dispersal rate is over 95% except for individual projects.
