目的探讨鼻内镜下缝合法行泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法对136例(84眼)经鼻内镜下缝合法行泪囊鼻腔吻合术。结果术后随访6个月,治愈68眼(80.95%),好转16眼(19.05)%,总有效率(100%)。结论鼻内镜下缝合法行泪囊鼻腔吻合术,具有避免面部瘢痕,手术损伤小,出血少,恢复快等优点。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis. Methods 136 cases (84 eyes) underwent nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. Results Six months after operation, 68 eyes were cured (80.95%), 16 eyes (19.05%) were improved, and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic suture dacryocystorhinostomy, with the avoidance of facial scars, less surgical injury, less bleeding, rapid recovery and so on.
